Affirmation Exercise And Tools

A great affirmation exercise would be using self-statements.

These are words, phrases, or statements written on index cards and placed where you can see them daily and be reminded of positive aspects about yourself.

Every time you see these cards you read your daily affirmation, reminding you to affirm yourself about these positive qualities or attributes.

State all in a positive way.

In this affirmation exercise you would place the index cards in places that you would regularly notice them, for examples, on the mirror in bathroom, on the dashboard of your car or on the desk at your office.

Here are some of ideas of statements you could use;

I am a winner.

I am the best friend I have.

I have solved problems like this before.

I have the ability to handle this.

When you are writing an affirmation exercise use strong words like;

Bright, capable, creative, intelligent and beautiful.

Also phrase words in strong combinations for instance;

Think happy, take it easy, be calm, think wisely, take action and work smart.

Daily Exercise

Write a single positive affirmation on thirty index cards.

Take one card a day for each day of the month.

This card is your affirmation for the day. When you get to the last card start again.

To make this daily affirmation process grow, write out thirty different affirmations for each month of the year.

Keep the 360 cards in a recipe box and continually use the collection year after year, adding new affirmations, as you need them.

Positive affirmations are a fundamental part of using the Law of Attraction, and anything that helps you to keep remembering and repeating your affirmation, you must use.

Visit the Positive Affirmations Page for ideas on writing and using Affirmations,

This page will explain the principal behind affirmation, with some great affirmation tools and pre-written affirmation lists and tools. Also look at the Science of Positive Affirmation

Affirmation Exercise Tools

The joining or wiring together of brain cells, is often referred to as, "cells that fire together, wire together", and the theory explains that, when we learn, groups of cells that are activated together, grow a stronger connection.

This grouping of common brain cells gives us our learned behaviour, it allows us to walk, talk, run, write, sing, in fact any learned activity we do, seemingly without thinking.

If it is a biological fact that affirmations help this ‘wiring together’ process, then it must follow, that it can be biologically assisted.

There are a number of ways to develop your affirmations, as well as the traditional ways of using positive affirmations.

I have included a list of affirmation exercise tools that can help you affirm positively, just follow the links below;
