Attitude of Gratitude

Pause for a moment. Reflect on where you have come from, and where you are now. Reflect on what you have survived. Yes, there were; pains, disappointments, challenges, and setbacks, but you are here now – and that says a lot.
How much of life do we daily take for granted? How many times do we give thanks? Do we only give thanks when there are showers of blessings in our lives or the lives of those around us? Do we express thanks for the pains, the sorrow – and for the lessons which they bring?
Each moment is a miracle. Today, stop, pause, reflect and give thanks for all that is within your life. Start simple, express to someone how much you appreciate their friendship or their support. Let each day of your life be filled with expressions of your gratitude
