I can't really control my horrible thoughts here and I’m scared that they might happen to those people who were playing a role inside my horrible thoughts. What should I do?
Your thoughts can never affect the reality of another. Your thoughts are the cause of the effects that you see in your life, and other people’s thoughts are the cause of the effects that they see in their lives, and whatever you think, can never become a reality for another.
However, a thought of harm or discomfort for anyone is not a welcome thought, and I am sure you are feeling the unease of these thoughts within yourself.
I would recommend that you use something like EFT, to try and stop this unwanted way of thinking.
EFT is easy to use technique, and can be used to tackle emotional issues, physiological issues, limiting beliefs and health problems.
