Focusing And Manifestation
I would like to know any further tips on how to focus and use the Law of Attraction appropriately, to avoid negativity getting in the way of manifestation.
The only sure way to avoid negativity is to control your thoughts and control your mind, unfortunately the explanation of how to do this is impossible to describe.
It would be like describing how to walk, run or ride a bike, but as with all these activities, we all master through practise, just as by practise, we can master the control of our thoughts.
True control comes through applying method, and applying it daily until it becomes second nature.
It is the method though, that so many people are unwilling to partake.
As Charles Haanel put it, “Creative thought requires attention, and the power of attention is as we have found, the weapon of the Super-man. Attention develops concentration, and concentration develops Spiritual Power, and Spiritual Power is the mightiest force in existence.
This is the science, which embraces all sciences. It is the art, which above all arts is relevant to human life. In the mastery of this science and this art there is opportunity for unending progression.
Perfection in this is not acquired in six days, or in six weeks, or in six months. It is the labor of a life. Not to go forward is to go backward.”
Thought results in experience. If your thought is constructive and harmonious, the result will be good. If your thought is destructive or inharmonious, the result will be bad. “It is evident therefore that we are to hate nothing, not even the bad, because hatred is destructive, and we shall soon find that by entertaining destructive thoughts we are sowing the "wind" and shall reap the "whirlwind". “
The time and thought, which most people waste in aimless effort, would accomplish wonders if properly directed with some special object in view.
In order to do this, it is necessary to center your mental focus upon a specific thought and hold it there, to
the exclusion of all other thoughts.
This is why the exercises in my training program Unlock The Power of You

Most people’s power of concentration is rather like looking through the viewfinder of an unfocused camera, what’s before them is blurred and unclear. But by completing the exercises in Unlock The Power of You,
things become clear, defined and focused.
As a general exercise try to begin each morning with a renewal of confidence, beginning each day with hopeful consideration and eagerness. Recount the incidents of the day before and examine the methods which were adopted to avoid failure and to secure success.
By considering your success’s you will enlarge your understanding, strengthen your confidence, and prepare yourself for greater victories today.
Mentally celebrate every time you see a wanted outcome, and be grateful for it, this will raise your vibration, and bring more of the same.
Negative experience can only effect you when you think about it. You see those things you are not thinking about, for that time, do not exist.
Forgetting about an experience sends it entirely out of consciousness, and, to the thinker, during the time of forgetting, it is as though it had never existed.
It can be brought back by remembering, when you once more, have it in mind, and bring it back into reality.
Therefore, until the negative thought is destroyed, try substituting it with a positive thought, a thought of a happy memory, a happy time. Maybe play some uplifting music, or watch a humorous film. Do anything to raise your vibration as soon as a negative thought pops into your head.
But the destruction of the negative thought would be a far more effective method.
