Getting Rid of Limiting Beliefs

I am looking for my Soulmate. Can I really attract my soulmate with my desired quality in her? I am trying the Law of Attraction, but sometimes I doubt it and some beliefs like "I am not deserving that kind of girl" "I am not making enough money".. etc. make me feel bad.

How can I turn this doubt in faith and get free from those limiting beliefs and manifest my soulmate.

Limiting beliefs are what I call the Law of Attraction Blockers, and will usually manifest themselves in emotions like Fear, Worry, Insecurity, Frustration, Disappointment, Anger, Sadness or any other Negative Emotion you care to express.

To uncover what your limiting beliefs are, I would suggest that you write a list of all the things that you are unhappy with in your life.

This list should include all the things about you life that you are unsatisfied about, all the things you complain about and all the things you would like to change.

Identifying what you don’t want in your life is as important as knowing what you do want in your life, so if you Complain about it, Worry about it, Fear it or if you have any negative emotion to anything happening in your life, at all, Write It Down.

For example, if you had a negative experience surrounding debt, it may have been written something like this,

“I am worried that I don’t have as much money as I need to get through each month”

Now most people would tell you that the emotion of Worry was your Limiting Negative Belief, however when you take the next 2 steps in this exercise, the emotion of worry, isn’t the only negative emotion that is stopping you from moving forward.

Your list of negative experiences, quite simply represents a list of things that you are not happy with in your life, or in other words, they represent a habitual way of thinking that you have, that causes you unwanted experiences.

And although you may have greater goals than just changing these negative experiences, or eliminating them altogether, it does follow, that unless you change your habitual way of thinking, you will continue to manifest these sorts of experiences.

So to start with, let’s turn each unwanted experience into a positive intension.

To do this, rewrite your list of negatives, turning each negative around 180 degrees, making it a goal or intension.

Start each goal or intension with the following phrase...

•I intend to have..........
•I choose to attract..........
•Or I now have..........

So for the example we used for being worried about having enough monthly income, we would re-write the condition as an intention, something like this,

“I intend to have enough money each month to pay all my bills, and living expenses.”

Starting each phrase with these words I Intend, I Choose or I Now Have, is important as they are words of intent, they signify action towards, choosing to achieve, or acceptance of already obtained.

They are powerful statements of intension by you to move towards and achieve something

Avoid Writing Your Goal Like This...

“I want to have enough money each month to pay all my bills, and living expenses.”

The phrase ‘I want,’ is an emotion of not having a thing, and will bring you more emotions of ‘I want.’

In other words focusing on wanting something will bring you more feelings of wanting it.

Once you have your list of intensions, read through each one, and make a separate list of all the reasons, why you think, that these things have failed to manifest in your life.

If we take our example,

“I intend to have enough money each month to pay all my bills, and living expenses.”

What could be the beliefs, feelings and reasons for this not happening yet?

Here are some ideas of Limiting Beliefs that could be associated to our example phrase,

•“I don’t think that I’m that lucky...”
•“I don’t know how I can do it... ”
•“I don’t deserve to be that well off... ”
•“I'm not valuable enough to earn that much money... ”
•“I never get the breaks... ”
•“No one will offer me that sort of money... ”
•“I don’t want to work that hard... ”
•“I will always have bills... ”
•“I don’t believe that I could earn that sort of money... ”
•“I’m not that bright... ”

Do this for each of your list of intensions, and you’ll start to uncover some truly Limiting Negative Beliefs, that you never thought you had.

There are many ways of dealing with these Limiting Beliefs, but for the purpose of this exercise, I am going to introduce you to the fastest, and the most effective way of dealing with any unwanted thought, it’s called EFT.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, and is a tapping technique which, similarly to acupuncture, corrects the body’s energy system (But no need for pins!).

The tapping releases emotional blockages that have been created by mental or physical problems, that have occurred in the past, bringing things into balance.

Although the memory still exists, EFT removes the inability to cope, allowing the body and the emotions to heal.

EFT uses a precise cycle of tapping on positions over your body, whilst emotionally recognising the problem to be addressed. It is really easy to master, but you must do this cycle in a specific way.

It’s going to look and feel a bit strange when you do it the first time, so maybe you better do it in private.

You would follow this tapping sequence, by taking each Limiting Belief that you listed, and one-by-one go through the sequence.

Once you have cleared one Limiting Belief, move on to the next, and so on.

You may find that a lot of Limiting Beliefs are similar for different conditions your experiencing, but it is important to do all, maybe not all at once, perhaps spending 15 to 20 minutes each day, going through your list of Limiting Beliefs a few at a time.

So I want to attract my ex back. Is it possible? I do have a few limiting beliefs, do I tap into it one by one everyday. Let's say I have 5 limiting beliefs regarding why I haven't manifested him back so everyday do I work on all of these beliefs? And how do I know the doubt has been eliminated
