Holding The Good Vibration
I can put myself in an extremely powerful and positive vibration easily, but I tend to lose the feeling easily. How can I hold the good vibration?

Quite simply, keep doing the things that put you in the ‘Good Vibration’ in the first place, and stop doing the things that make you lose that feeling.
I know that sounds a bit of a short answer, and possibly a bit obvious, but that’s the whole point.
I think we all tend to over analyse what we should and shouldn’t be doing, and end up feeling a bit out of control. Even a bit paranoid, about how we are feeling, each and every minute of the day.
Maybe we should just ask ourselves the simple questions.....
How does it feel when I do ______________??
This is what are emotional guidance system is, a way of judging if it feels good? or if it feels bad?
But can we really go through life just doing the things that make us feel good?
Well as Henry Ford put it, “whether you think you can, or can’t, you are right”
You see if you believe that you are here, experiencing this thing called life, and part of that experience is doing things that don’t really vibrate well with you, then, you will get what you believe.
