How does one relax enough to stay open to these techniques??
I’m sure that I understand your question, to read between the lines, are you asking how to relax and stay positive, when you are surrounded by negative or unwanted experiences?
This is one of the hardest things to master, and it’s where so many people have so much trouble applying these ideas.
People, understandably, get so wrapped up in what’s happening now, without thinking of the consequences of focusing on the unwanted, and seeing more and more unwanted experiences turning up in their lives.
