It’s just vibration…

The Law of Attraction brings to us our experiences, depending on our vibration, and if there is a sudden attraction to someone, it must mean that whatever you are both predominantly thinking and feeling now, the experience of being together, will bring you both more of those predominant thoughts and feelings.

You are both a source of matching vibration to each other.

Is this a good thing?

Well I suppose that that depends on what you are vibrating…

Predominant thoughts and feelings that are happy, harmonious and joyful, will bring a happy, harmonious and joyful reality, while predominant thoughts and feelings that are unhappy, inharmonious and fearful, will bring an unhappy, inharmonious and fearful reality.
