The Law of Attraction And Holding A Relationship

I’m attractive when people first meet me, but they loose attraction in me after sometime. I have many pimples on my face, I’m fat too, my boyfriend has started avoiding me, if he leaves me I’ll surely die, because I can't tolerate heartbreak anymore now.


I can't stay positive in my thinking too... please can you help me......

The Law of Attraction responds to the vibration you are offering, and lines up every situation, event and circumstance, that matches that vibration. What do I mean by vibration? These would be your focused thoughts and strongest feelings, or your beliefs and emotions.

So if we were to take your question, and pull out the focused thoughts and strongest feelings, your beliefs and emotions, we would be able to see what you are attracting.

“I’m attractive when people first meet me,” will be bringing you situations, events and circumstances to find people who find you attractive.

“but they loose attraction in me after sometime,” will be bringing you situations, events and circumstances for those people who once found you attractive, to somehow loose interest.

“I have many pimples on my face,” will of course cause you to have pimples.

“I’m fat too,” will of course cause you to be fat.

“my boyfriend has started avoiding me,” will be bringing you situations, events and circumstances to cause you to feel that he avoids you, or isn’t with you.

“if he leaves me I’ll surely die,” well maybe this won’t cause your death, but it will attract him leaving you, and it will cause you to feel like a part of you has died.

“because I can't tolerate heartbreak anymore now,” will give you more things to have to tolerate, and more heartbreak.

So as you can see, unless you change the way you think, almost certainly your worst fears will be realized.

To receive the things you desire, you must shift your feelings and emotions to match the vibration of having those things now, and this is the reason we visualize.

When you use visualization to apply the Law of Attraction to your life, it is not the act of seeing the things you want that is important, it is the emotions, or the vibration you hold when you visualize these things.

In other words, to visualize effectively, you must align yourself with the emotion of having these things now.

But to adjust your vibration from the place of negativity you are now, to a vibration of having all your desires, right now, is a very big step to make, and is nothing short of a pointless exercise if you go straight back into your negative behaviour, as soon as your visualization exercise is over.

So is it worth visualizing?

Yes it is, but more importantly, I would begin to create a point of acceptance with where you are now, and once you can emotionally come to terms with your current position, you will start to move to the direction of all of your desires.

To do this, I would suggest that you make an affirmation up for yourself, which states some of the positive facts about where you are now, and gives a direction to where you want to go. And I would use this affirmation to replace any negative thought about any negative experience you were having.

The affirmation would go something like this…

“I am so happy that I am attractive, and people notice that about me when they first meet me. I am pleased that my bubbly, fun-loving personality shines through me, it will be nice when I find the perfect person to feel secure and desired. I love my face, and my body, as it allows me to do so much, and it will be nice when my complexion is clearer, and my shape is exactly as I want it to be.”

As soon as you are aware of any self-criticism, self-knocking or any negative feelings about your reality, repeat this statement to yourself, over and over again.

But I wouldn’t stop there, I would also make a list of all the positive aspects of your boyfriend, everything you like about him, and anything he does to make you feel good.

I would then make a positive statement about him, and add on a ‘wouldn’t it be nice’ statement of intension at the end.

By altering your vibration to the positive aspects of your boyfriend, you will be adjusting yourself to the positive parts of him that make you feel good, and as the Law of Attraction will bring to you what you vibrate, you will either manifest a better relationship, (if it is meant to be), or he will vibrate right out of your experience, allowing you to move on to a better match to this knew, positively vibrating, you.
