The Law of Attraction And Horoscope Predictions

I have one query about the Law of Attraction. If a horoscope reader has predicted something (about the marriage, or about the life of the person, how it will be in future), can it be changed using the Law of Attraction?

i.e. I want to know, can we change the life as we want, in case horoscope predictions (Predictions by reading the Kundali) are different?
