The Law of Attraction And Vibration

What exactly is aligning with vibration? When exactly do we know it is our inner voice talking to us, urging us to take inspired action, and when is it a random passing thought???

When I say vibration, what I am referring to is your vibrational feeling and emotions.

When we experience something and react to it, our reaction has a vibrational resonance.

If we experience an unwanted situation, our reaction tends to be negative, we tend to feel negative emotions such as anger, frustration and disappointment, and our vibration, if we choose not to change the emotion, will resonate negatively.

The trouble is, if we do not change our vibration from a negative, and we remain in a negative vibration, feeling feelings of anger, frustration and disappointment, the Law of Attraction will bring more circumstances, events and people to keep us feeling that way.

The Law of Attraction matches our future experiences to our predominant vibration.

On the other hand, if we experience wanted situations, our reaction tends to be positive, we tend to feel positive emotions such as enthusiasm, optimism and excitement, and our vibration will resonate positively.

If we then remain in this positive vibration, and hold onto our feelings of enthusiasm, optimism and excitement, the Law of Attraction will bring more circumstances, events and people to keep us feeling that way.

The Law of Attraction matches our future experiences to our predominant vibration.

Therefore, to get the experiences we want, rather than the experiences we don’t want, it is imperative to adopt a positive vibration, and feel positive emotions such as enthusiasm, optimism and excitement, regardless of our current situation and circumstances.

Not an easy thing to do I grant you, but if you wish to master the Law of Attraction, rather than fall victim to it, this is what you have to do.

The reason why most people struggle with this, is that they try very hard to make a massive jump up the emotional scale, which is, if not impossible, very difficult to do.

You can’t go from depression to joy, or from fear to optimism, just by flicking a switch, especially if you have been practising depression and fear for such a long time.

My suggestion would be to gradually move up the emotional scale bit by bit, by looking for the best thoughts you can, at that moment.

If you are depressed, look for anger. If you are angry, look for revenge. If you are revengeful, look for disinterest. If you are disinterested, look for hope. If you are hopeful, look for optimism. If you are optimistic, look for excitement, If you are excited, look for joy.

And when you reach joy, you will always know, that what you focus on, without a shadow of doubt, shall become your experience. You will know that any action you are inspired to take, shall lead you to the right conclusion.

When you are in joy, all circumstances, events and people, conspire to bring you more joy.
