The Law of Attraction To Think Away Debt
How do you think away debts? Especially when it seems you have always been in and out of financial crises since high school. How also do you put a permanent stop on this recurring phenomenon? Especially when creditors are about closing in for their money.

You create your reality through thought, and if you are experiencing debt, there must have been a thought, or a specific way of thinking that has caused you to experience this debt.
But now that this creation has been created, you think about the debt you are in, and it is this thought about your now current reality, that keeps recreating your experience.
But how can you change this experience?
The only way to create an experience is through thought, so the only way that you can change your reality of debt, is to change the way you think.
But how can you not think about the unwanted reality you are experiencing, so that you can avoid recreating it.
This is the million-dollar question….
This is such a difficult situation to get out of, as you are sort of stuck in a vicious circle.
You see you have two, if not more, ways of thinking, that has caused, and is causing this experience.
The first is your sponsoring thought, the thoughts that got you here in the first place.
Your sponsoring thought is the way you think, and what you believe about money, and will be the most difficult to deal with. These thoughts are the misconceived ideas you have about what money. They are thoughts like, “money doesn’t go on trees, and money is the root of all evil.”
These are what I would call limiting beliefs, and these beliefs are ideas about money that you have learnt at a young age. Often they are ideas about money that you were brought up with as a child.
To deal with your sponsoring thoughts, I would first recommend that you list them, and once you have done so, there are a variety of techniques that you can use to change them.
Affirmations are a helpful and easy way to do this. All you would need to do is to list these limiting beliefs as positive contradictory statements. Write these statements wherever you can, and try to brainwash your negative, inappropriate thoughts away.
Repeat your positive affirmations as often as you can, and if you ever find yourself thinking a thought that is a negative version of your statements, use your positive affirmation to replace that unwanted thought.

The second is your reactionary thought, your thoughts about your circumstances, if you like your day-to-day fears and worries.
Your reactionary thought is a little easier to deal with, but before you do, you will find it helpful to deal with the finances before trying to change your thoughts about it.
If you can remove the pressure, by talking to these companies, possibly setting up payment plans, budget plans and payment orders to help you on a day to day basis, this would go a long way to remove the fears and worries that you have been harbouring.
In fact, by doing this you would probably feel a great sense of relief anyway.
To change your reactionary thoughts, you need to have different outlook on your current position.
At the moment, your head is probably full of thoughts about, “how you will come out of this debt,” or, “when will this ever
end.” These are the thoughts that match the vibration of your circumstances.
You may have tried visualizing a different reality, but to be honest, visualizing a wanted reality when you are wrapped up in an unwanted one, only serves to underline the difference between where you are, and where you want to be.
Yes visualization can be powerful, but becomes less so when there is such a gap between what you want to manifest, and what you have manifested.
You will find it far more effective to change the vibration, or the thoughts and feelings of where you are now, before trying to jump from lack to abundance.
To change the vibration of where you are now, you have to adopt an attitude of appreciation and gratitude.
To do this, you must reach for the best thought of the now moment, and hold on to that best thought. The best thought of your now moment is the highest, or the most appreciative thought that you can come up with in your now reality.
I would suggest that you spend sometime thinking about all of your current circumstances, and write down the things about the situation you have now, that you can be thankful for.
You may think this difficult, but once you get the ball rolling it will be surprising how much good you have going on in your life.
List all the things that you can appreciate about your now finances, your now health, your now conditions, your now relationships, and your now circumstances.
Once you have listed the things you appreciate, spend a little time, say 15 minutes, each morning, and each evening, thinking about the good things in your life. If you can, do this a couple of times each day to.
Get to know the things you like, and as you notice more things to be grateful for, add those things to your list.
Try to be aware of your thoughts as you go about your day, you may find a meditation helpful to build this awareness. I have practised Vipassana Meditation for some time now and I am sure it will help you. Take a look at the UrbanDharma.org Website

The reason for having more awareness is to try and control the thoughts that you are having, as normally, most people’s thoughts are out of control.
As you become more aware of your thoughts, try to monitor whether you are having a negative, reactionary thought, or a positive, creative thought.
If your thought is negative, use you appreciation list to counter act this destructive thought. Think about the things that you have that you are grateful for, and by doing this, you will destroy the negative thought.
By doing this, you will be raising your vibration to the best of what you have now, and as the Law of Attraction always brings a match to your focused thoughts, you will experience more of this positive reality.
In time, as you practise this, you will find that you have less and less negative thoughts to deal with, and more and more to be grateful for. Your experience will change, as your vibration changes, and as you raise your thoughts from lack, to hope, to anticipation, to believing, to certainty, so shall you experience be a match to this new you.
