The Only Manifestation That Matters

The Law of Attraction brings your experiences to you, in synchronicity to your vibration. What I mean is this; your experiences are always a match to your vibration, and your vibration is determined by your focused thoughts and feelings.

It is the way you think and feel that determines your reality.

In knowing this, so many people get hung up about their negative feelings, and in an attempt to define what they want, they use all sorts of techniques to define their desires, thinking that as soon as they receive their desires, their negative emotion will disappear.

But this is not the case. You cannot fill the void of negativity with the desires you are seeking, because this negativity is the very thing that keeps your desires away from you.

Most people know what experiences they want, but because they do not have this experience, they feel bad.

They then try plugging the gap with the only source of this desire they know, which can never work, as it is the ‘feeling bad’ emotion that is the only thing that keeps them from experiencing thier desires

The only way to get from where you are vibrationaly, to where you want to be in reality, is to change the vibration of where you are now. There is no other way.

In fact, this negative emotion that people feel, is just an indication of the gap between the vibration of their desires, and the vibration that they are holding. And as soon as they raise the vibration they have, to a vibration that is nearer to their desires, they will feel the relief.

The Only Manifestation That Matters

So how do you raise your vibration?

The very best way to raise your vibration is through appreciation and gratitude.

Do everything in your power to notice, talk about, tell the story of, be grateful for, be happy about and love about, your experience now. Resist the temptation to complain, to moan and to condemn anything in your experience now, and concentrate your thoughts on the best of your now experience.

Notice the care in your life, and be caring.

Notice the generosity in your life, and be sharing.

Notice the joy in your life, and be joyous.

Notice the love in your life, and be loving.

Learn to live in the spirit of the desires you seek, and as soon as you do, the experiences you long for shall belong to you.

On a practical level, invest in a notebook and write down every experience that you are having, that to you, feels good.

Call it, ‘The Things I Like About My Life’ and spend some time thinking about these things, every morning and every evening.

When more things you like happen, add them to your book.

Do this instead of visualizing, instead of goal setting, instead of anything else you have heard about how to apply the Law of Attraction. Leave all these things until your experience becomes a predominantly wanted experience.

Focus your thoughts and attention on the things that feel good now.

But this alone will not be enough to change your reality, as you will still be experiencing the things that are unwanted, so this is the key.

When you experience something that you regard as unwanted, do not spent any thought on noticing it, on commenting on it, on complaining about it, and on feeling it.

To begin with, this will be difficult for you to do, so as soon as you are aware that you are noticing, commenting, complaining and feeling about something unwanted, start to focus on ‘The Things I Like About My Life’.

This is one of the most powerful ways to change a reality, and in time, and with practise, you will definitely see the evidence of this wonderful creative power you have.
