Valentine's Day

A few weeks ago I decided to try to manifest something, to prove that the Law of Attraction works. I decided it would have to be something small enough for my mind to conceive, unlikely enough not to be labelled coincidence, and something to which I did not have a huge emotional attachment, so I would not block it by obsessing about whether it would happen or not (which I have done in the past).

I decided to manifest 3 lots of flowers for Valentine's Day this year. Now I think I should mention that I did not have a current boyfriend, and had only dated one guy in the past year and a half.

In my mind, I visualized going into our living room on Valentine's Day and seeing 3 vases of flowers, I also visualized my own surprise at having received anything at all that year. I wrote in a computer file "I receive 3 lots of flowers on Valentine's Day 2010". I opened the file every few days or so and read this sentence, and that's all I had to do.

On the 13th, I woke to find that someone sent flowers to my house. It turned out to be my ex with whom I had broken up with a couple months ago (and was hoping to work things out with, but that's going to be my next success story). I was so happy, and could not believe it, but still I wasn't convinced just yet. That afternoon, my parents went out and came home with another bouquet of flowers. Apparently my ex had inspired my dad to buy some Valentine's flowers for my mom (something I don't think he has ever done for Valentine's Day).

On the 14th, I woke up and again flowers had been delivered to my front door, I was in complete disbelief, I'm still not 100% sure who sent them!

Sure enough I went into the living room later that day and looked at the 3 vases in awe, it was just like I visualized. This was such an empowering experience and has really raised my confidence in manifesting.
