If you follow the rules covered in the Writing Affirmations Page you will have a good starting point Once you have written your word visualization get yourself into a relaxed state, preferably just before you go to bed. Hold the card about 12" to 24" from your eyes. Focus your eyes on the word or statement and concentrate your attention. Hold this thought for up to 10 minutes working up to 20 to 30 minutes, as you practise. Do this exercise nightly for at least two weeks.
