I sometimes, when visualizing, feel that I'm not doing a good job. There are times where I feel so great that I burst out laughing because I can see so vividly and clearly my dream.
However, sometimes, when I close my eyes and I try to visualize, my view is hazy and foggy. Random images pop into my mind. I feel as if I can't focus.
Anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it?Law-of-Attraction-Guide Reply
You are doing a great job!
If you sometimes react so well to your visualization, it shows that you are doing a wonderful job at it.
It sounds like your slipping into an Alpha state, when images keep popping into your head, sort of like the semi-awake state you associate with dreaming.
If you are, this is fantastic, it is the state that many people who meditate, strive for.
I know that you feel that you have no control on the images and thoughts that keep popping in and out of your head, but keep at it, eventually you will be able to control these thoughts.
After all, practise is the mother of all skill.
You may want to use a Alpha Brainwave Audio, to help this process along, I have used this type of visualization aid, and found it very powerful.
